We ship from your country so delivery is fast and stress‑free. The price you see on our website is the totalno customs, no import duties, no surprise fees at the door.


In Brief 

  • Ship‑from‑your‑country: Local production & dispatch for most orders.

  • All‑inclusive pricing: The price at checkout is all you pay—no extra taxes/duties on delivery.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days to prepare your order.

  • Delivery time: 4–5 business days after dispatch

  • Tracking: Email/SMS updates with a live tracking link.

  • Ready to hang: Pieces arrive with pre‑installed hardware.

Business days: Sun–Thu . Orders placed outside hours queue for the next business day.


How It Works

We fulfil orders locally in the customer’s country through our regional production partners. That means:

  • No customs clearance or brokerage delays.

  • No import duties—pricing already includes applicable local taxes where required.

  • Faster delivery and simpler support.


Shipping Methods & Timing

  • Standard delivery: 4–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Oversize items: May require scheduled delivery time slots. We’ll contact you if needed.

Processing: Most orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.


Tracking & Notifications

  • We send order confirmation, dispatch notification, and out‑for‑delivery updates.

  • Use the tracking link to view progress or reschedule where the carrier supports it.


Addresses & Delivery Notes

  • Provide a complete address (building, floor, apartment, access codes).

  • For changes after checkout, contact support@tarafdecoration.com quickly; we’ll do our best before shipment.

 


Missed or Split Deliveries

  • If you miss a delivery, the carrier will attempt redelivery or hold at a pickup point.

  • Multi‑item orders may ship in more than one box; each box will have its own tracking update.


Packaging & Condition on Arrival

  • Artworks ship with protective corner guards and secure packaging.

  • Inspect the package on delivery. If there’s visible damage, photograph the box before opening and contact us within 48 hours so we can help.
